Yusuke Soi is a Japanese native Theatre designer of the Bay Area. He studied set design at San Francisco State University and has been designing since 2013 including his recent designs for Bat Boy the Musical at Los Altos Stage Company, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Hillbarn Theatre, Red Demon at Theatre of Yugen, and A Midsummer Night's Dream at Tri-School Productions. His upcoming shows are Sideshow at Foothill College this coming winter and [title of show] at Los Altos Stage Company coming spring. He joined Bay Area Children's Theatre as a technical director in March 2016 after worked for Palo Alto Children’s Theatre as a prop/puppet master and New Conservatory Theatre Center as an assistant technical director.
