A native born San Franciscan, Will has lived in Novato with his wife Teresa for the past 26 years. Currently in addition to his Board duties at Marin Rowing Association and the Marin Theater company, he is co-captain of the Men’s Masters B team which gets him out on the water 3-4 days a week. Will enjoys golf, sailing, travel, cooking, hiking and rowing.

In the Fall of 2022, Will and his wife became empty nesters. Their youngest daughter Hailey is a rising junior at San Diego State University. Their older daughter Julia, after studying a year abroad in both Spain and Australia in 2022, recently graduated from Lewis & Clark college this year in 2024. Will and Teresa’s foster daughter Lauren is still at USD, active with her studies and graduates at the end of May 2024.

Will currently has had global management roles for technology companies such as Dell, Palo Alto Networks and VMWare. His past experience in forming and leading teams along with experience in personal development and coaching makes a great complement to the Board and committee responsibilities at the Marin Theater Company.
