Mollie Allen is a Creative Strategist and Executive Coach with 20+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, video production, and public relations. She currently runs Full Volume Coaching, a consultancy dedicated to supporting women in leadership and in advancing equality and representation for all. 

A Marin County native, Mollie began her career in television at KPIX and ultimately became a long-time show producer for The Oprah Winfrey show. She later moved into the advertising world, overseeing the production and creative operations for Guthy|Renker, the #1 Direct Response marketer in the country. She’s served as the creative lead or consultant for numerous consumer and celebrity brands and has partnered with several startups on new product launches. 

Mollie graduated from Northwestern University with a mixed degree in theater and communications. Out of college she performed in or directed shows in Chicago, London, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and later ran a small theater company that stretched the boundaries of long-form improvisation.

Mollie and met her husband, Tom, while acting in a wonderfully weird play in Chicago. The magic of that theatrical experience resulted in two beloved daughters, now in their 20’s.
