In this weeklong theatre-making workshop, a Marin Theatre Teaching Artist will guide students in exploring Fairy Tales, improvisation games, and creative writing. Children will create and write a new version of a story they already know, and we’ll consider whether or not Fairy Tales should be more ‘real' to reflect the lives we’re living today.

We will look directly at classic texts, explore new texts like local author Rebecca Solnit’s ‘Cinderella Liberator’ and perform our new stories in our Boyer Theatre.
