Possibly Puppets Handmade Theatre Company Presents a rollicking visual adventure through four interconnected vignettes. Prepare to be delighted by humanoid carrot puppets, paper puppets, live music and moving set designs. Each short piece explores the themes of transformation and hope. This original visual art-in-motion aims to provide rich sensory entertainment and a boost to the imagination for all ages.
Performed and Created by Possibly Puppets Artist Risa Lenore and Company
Join us after the Agents of Change puppet show for a 1.5 hour workshop! You get to make your own puppet to take home! Learn from professional puppeteer and educator Risa Lenore.
We will construct tabletop puppets (with rods) styled like some puppets in the show. With newspaper, tape, dowels and a fun assortment of upcycled fabric, buttons and yarn, we will create original characters to come to life. Risa will demonstrate the steps of the project as we proceed as a group. Ideal for ages 6 and up. Grownups are welcome to come unaccompanied and if you are with a child, please be prepared to help them handle hot glue. Bring your imagination and playful spirit.
Performance - 11am
